Join We Ride
There are four ways you can join WE RIDE. . .
1. Tell us your story
We are collecting your stories, experiences and memories about public education in America. Send us an email, 90 second video or leave a comment here on our site. Please tell us where you are from, and “What does it mean to be well educated?”
2. RIDE
So. . .as you may have guessed, riding across country requires a different type of bike than riding to the grocery store. If you are planning to ride, here’s a helpful list of gear you will need: REI’s touring checklist
3. Volunteer
We need people to help with all aspects of the RIDE. If you would like to volunteer your time and skills to write letters, find sponsors, promote the project, coordinate events, etc., please contact us for ways you can help: weride3000@yahoo.com.
4. Donate / Sponsor

Hi, I met you in REI in the bike gloves aisle. Your website looks great but I couldn’t find it using a google search. I think there is a way to register your webpage and key words with google so that people can find you even if they don’t remember the exact url. Good Luck!

I can’t make the trip with you across country. But, I’ve been in the gym riding a bike every day, preparing myself to ride with you in spirit.
